The website

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use the contact form to send spam, malware, or abusive content. Portfolio images are shown for reference only; reproducing, reselling, or presenting them as your own is not permitted.

The work

Once rights transfer, the work is yours for lawful commercial use. It may not be used to promote hate, harassment, or violence, to mislead people through deceptive claims or counterfeit goods, or in any way that breaks applicable law. Reselling deliverables as stock assets or templates is not allowed without written agreement.

Enforcement
