Everything here is digital, so nothing ships in a box. Files arrive by download link.

Timelines

Basic projects are delivered within 3–5 working days of the deposit clearing. Standard work takes 7–10 working days, Pro projects 2–3 weeks, and larger campaigns are scheduled individually. Dates assume feedback arrives within the agreed windows; if it slips, I confirm a revised date rather than let it drift.

Formats

Logos and illustrations come as SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG and JPG. Interface work is delivered as a Figma file plus exported assets. Print pieces arrive as press-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks. Source files are included where the brief says so.

Communication

Email is the main channel, with calls arranged when something needs a conversation. I reply within one working day. You will always know what stage the project is at, and download links stay live for 60 days after delivery.
