Refund Policy

Design work is made to order, so refunds work differently here than for a physical product. This page explains exactly when money comes back to you.

Before work begins

If you cancel before I have started — meaning no concepts have been drawn and no files opened — you receive a full refund of anything paid, processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

After work begins

Once concepts exist, the deposit covers the time already spent and is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, I invoice for the work completed to that point and refund the remainder of anything paid in advance. You receive the files produced so far, with rights transferring once the outstanding balance is settled.

Revisions

Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Dissatisfaction that can be addressed within those rounds is treated as a revision, not a refund case. If, after both rounds, the work still does not match the agreed written brief, tell me in writing and I will either correct it at no cost or refund 50% of the fee for the affected deliverable — your choice.

Not refundable

Completed and delivered projects, files already used commercially, changes of mind after final approval, and third-party costs such as licensed fonts or stock assets cannot be refunded. Delays caused by missing feedback or content on your side are not grounds for a refund, though I will always agree a new schedule with you.

How to ask

Email marceli.kaczmarski@inbox.eu with your project name and the reason. I reply within three working days, and approved refunds are issued within 14 days.
